Return Policy

Return Policy
You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to return items, provided they meet our return conditions.

Conditions for Return

•                    Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all labels and original packaging intact.

•                    Non-returnable items: For hygienic reasons, underwear, swimwear, and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Return Procedure

1.      Return registration: Contact our customer service department at. info@prime-wear.uk during the return period, specifying the order number and the reason for return.

2.      Return Instructions: After return request is approved, we will send you a return form with shipping instructions.

3.      Shipping: Make sure that the return shipment has a code of tracking (track C trace) and send the package within 14 days of approval of the return request.

Processing Returns
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within 5 business days using the original payment method.

Specific Scenarios

•                    Order not received: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, check our Shipping Policy and Order Tracking for updates. Contact our customer service department for further support.

•                    Wrong product received: If you received a wrong item, we will take care of the replacement free of charge.

•                    Damaged or defective items: Document the damage with a photo and contact us immediately to info@prime-wear.uk

•                    Change of mind: You can return products for any reason during the return period as long as they meet our return conditions.

•                    Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard return procedure after receiving it.

Changes
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return procedure for that item and place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method.
